Subscriptions and billing
Subscriptions are sold and billed by the app store you used to subscribe. To cancel or change a plan, open your device’s subscription settings (in the app: Settings › Manage subscription). Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled by the app store under its own policy.
If you changed phones, use Restore purchases on the subscription screen.
Scores and feedback
AI scores are estimates for practice, not official CELPIP results. If a result looks wrong, email us the task name and the date and time of the attempt. Please do not send recordings: the app never records them.
Privacy and your data
Read the privacy policy, or delete your data.
About the CELPIP test itself
We cannot help with test bookings, results, fees or rescoring. Contact the test provider through celpip.ca. For immigration questions, see IRCC at canada.ca.
