Delete your data

The app has no account. Almost everything is stored only on your phone, so you can delete it yourself in seconds.

In the app

  1. Open Settings › Privacy Center.
  2. Tap Delete everything and confirm.

This erases your answers, transcripts, scores, plan, settings and consent records from the phone. Uninstalling the app also removes them. Copies in your own phone backup are removed when your backup service replaces them.

On our server

We do not keep the answers or transcripts sent for scoring. The only server records are scrambled usage counters that we cannot link to you (they delete themselves; see the privacy policy). If you emailed us, ask at certloomlearning@gmail.com and we will delete the correspondence within 30 days.

Subscriptions

Deleting data does not cancel a subscription. Cancel in your device’s subscription settings.
